This is totally shocking, I know, but I'm late with the update.
I have now completed 9 months on my LifeSpan TR1200-DT treadmill desk. Let's get right to the numbers:
I've managed to successfully reverse the downward trend that's happening here. The graph is much worse after this, but I'll save that for the next update.
- Hours: 1270
- Hours/Day: 5.3
- Steps: 4,402,165
- Steps/Day: 18,496
- Calories: 302,965
- Calories/Day: 1,273
- Calories/Hr: 239
- Miles: 1469.5
- Miles/Day: 6.2
Notable milestones include 4 million steps (!) and 300K calories. I have crossed 1500 miles as I type this.
Shortly after this date, I took about a week off from walking. I've just generally felt very tired, and my feet were starting to get sore again. September was my 3rd-highest distance month overall, and highest since April. I've walked no less than 175 miles/month since June. Just needed a break. Naturally this happened at the same time as some food splurging, so the weight shot up quite a bit. I'm trying to get back in the swing of things now, and hopefully I'll be in a better situation for the next update.
